GradeDraft works with human writers, editors, and tutors organized into eight subject desks. This page explains what each desk covers, how writers join a desk, and how your brief is matched. We do not publish names or unverified biographies. Detailed credentials will be listed here, desk by desk, once each one is confirmed on file. How writers are vetted
Every applicant submits a writing sample under blind grading, where the desk lead scores the sample without seeing the applicant's stated background first. Statistics, data-analysis, and STEM applicants also sit a subject test covering the software and methods those orders require. Applicants who pass are asked to verify what they claim before they are added to the active pool.
New writers complete a trial order that the desk lead grades against the same rubric used for live orders, before they are allowed to take client work. After that, delivered work is spot-checked on an ongoing basis. A share of every desk's completed orders is reviewed for brief-match, citation accuracy, and originality, independent of the Turnitin report that ships with your order.
The eight desks
Each desk has a written scope, shown on its card below. Your brief goes to the desk whose scope matches your subject and level, and a second reader on that desk checks the draft before delivery. Four of the cards also carry composite sample paragraphs written to show each desk's register. They are illustrations, not quotes from a named person.
Research paper desk
Research papers, term papers, case studies, lab reports, annotated bibliographies, and discussion posts with full citation work (APA 7, MLA 9, Chicago 17 or 18).

How a writer is matched to your order
Your brief is routed to the desk that matches its subject, where the desk lead picks a writer whose prior subject work fits your academic level and deadline. Dissertation chapters and statistics orders are matched to a writer who works in the specific software your data requires: SPSS, R, Stata, or NVivo.
The writer confirms availability before your order is confirmed. If no vetted writer with the right subject match is free for your deadline, we tell you before any work starts rather than assigning a mismatched writer and hoping the edit fixes it later. You see a sample paragraph before you pay anything, and the full draft is invoiced only after you approve it.
