Draft for counsel review — last updated September 7, 2026

Service Description

GradeDraft provides custom-written papers, editing and proofreading, live tutoring, and homework help across six service areas: essays (/essay/), research papers and related coursework (/research-paper/), admissions essays and statements (/admission/), editing and manuscript services (/editing/), STEM and humanities homework help (/homework/), and dissertation and capstone support (/dissertation/). Every paper, edited draft, worked solution and tutoring session is written to your brief and formatted to your rubric. Deliverables are custom written for the client and become the client's property on approval. Every deliverable arrives in the file format stated in your brief, typically a Word or Google Doc file, matched to the word count, style guide, and deadline you selected.

Ordering and Payment

You submit a brief describing the assignment, subject, style guide, length, academic level and deadline. We reply with a fixed price within 2 hours, 8 am–11 pm ET, seven days a week. Payment is made by PayPal or card at the price quoted. Funds are held until you approve the delivered work and are released to the writer only after your approval, or as otherwise stated in your order thread.

Revisions and Refunds

Every order includes free revisions for 14 days after delivery (30 days for dissertation chapters and capstone projects), limited to bringing the delivered work in line with the original brief. If the delivered work does not meet the brief and cannot be brought into line within that revision window, you are entitled to a refund. An originality report is included with every writing order at no extra charge.

Intellectual Property and Use of Delivered Work

Once payment is released, you receive the specific document delivered to your order. Deliverables are custom written for the client and become the client's property on approval. GradeDraft does not resell, republish or reuse your delivered document for another order. You may not resell or redistribute delivered work to third parties. Payment confirmation and the delivered file together serve as your record of the order, and you are responsible for storing your own copy after your account closes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use GradeDraft to: request work that violates any applicable law; ask a writer or tutor to impersonate you during a live, proctored or otherwise identity-verified assessment; request or provide login credentials for a learning-management system, student portal or testing platform — we never ask for these and will not accept them if offered; or knowingly submit third-party copyrighted material as source content without the right to use it.

Confidentiality

Your name, contact details and the content of your order are not published or shared outside your assigned writer or editor and the reviewing desk lead. Communication about your order takes place inside your order thread. Full detail on what we collect and how long we keep it is in the Privacy Policy (/privacy/).

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GradeDraft's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. GradeDraft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including a grade, admission decision or committee outcome tied to your use of delivered work. GradeDraft does not guarantee any grade, admission result, or committee or IRB approval.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from an order is subject to the jurisdiction stated there.
