Originality report with every order
Every written order ships with an originality report, generated when the draft is delivered, so you can see the work was not copied from an existing source before you submit it anywhere. The report covers the delivered draft only; it is not a substitute for your school's own submission process, and you decide when and where to submit your work.
Free revisions for 14 days
You get 14 days of free revisions after delivery, extended to 30 days on dissertation chapters and capstone projects. A revision request has to point at something the original brief asked for and the draft missed — a citation style, a source count, a rubric item, a section the prompt required. Request it through your existing order thread and the same writer, or a reviewer if the writer is unavailable, makes the fix at no extra charge inside the window.
Refund if the brief is missed
If the delivered work misses the brief and cannot be corrected inside the revision window, you are entitled to a refund on that order. This is a brief-matching guarantee, not a satisfaction guarantee in the abstract: the standard is whether the draft did what your assignment sheet, rubric, or story brief asked for, not whether you personally like the writing style.
Confidentiality and data handling
Your name, your school, and any document you upload stay inside your order thread. Nothing you send GradeDraft is published, shown to another client as a sample, or reused on another order. Confidentiality applies to the brief you send, the sources you upload, and the draft you receive back, for as long as your account exists and after it closes.
We never ask for logins or submit on your behalf
GradeDraft never asks for your LMS username, portal password, Turnitin login, or student ID, and never logs into your school's systems or submits work on your behalf under any circumstance. If a message claiming to be from GradeDraft asks for a login, it did not come from us — report it and continue the order through your existing thread.

GradeDraft guarantees that the delivered draft matches your brief, ships with an originality report, and can be revised free inside the window. GradeDraft does not guarantee a specific grade, an instructor's response, an admission decision, or approval from a thesis or dissertation committee, because none of those outcomes are within a writing service's control — they belong to the grader, the admissions committee, or the committee reviewing your defense. Any service that promises a grade or an admission result is promising something it cannot deliver.

Does the originality report cover AI-generated text as well as copied text?
The originality report checks the delivered draft against existing published and web sources to confirm it was not copied. It is a source-match report, not a certification about how any specific detector will score the text, since detector standards vary by school and by tool.
What counts as "missing the brief" for a refund?
A missed rubric item, the wrong citation style, an ignored word count or source requirement, or content that does not answer the assignment prompt. General style preference — wanting a different tone once the draft already matches the brief — is a revision conversation, not a refund trigger on its own.
Do these guarantees apply to editing and homework orders, not just writing?

What do I do if I think a guarantee wasn't honored?
Raise it in your order thread first — most issues are a revision request the writer or a reviewer can fix directly. If the delivered work still misses the brief after revision, request the refund explicitly in the same thread and it is reviewed against the brief you originally submitted.
