Can I attach files to my message?

Yes. Attach your assignment sheet, rubric, source list, or a partial draft to your email, or send a link if the file is large. For editing orders, attach the document you want reviewed in its original format, Word rather than PDF when possible, so track changes work correctly once a writer opens it.

What if my deadline is urgent?

Message us on WhatsApp at 447988516464 instead of email. It is the faster channel for same-day and under-24-hour deadlines. Per-page orders are priced by the price grid's 24-hour and 6-hour columns; editing and per-problem orders due in under 12 hours add 40% to the base rate. We confirm a writer is available before any work starts. Payment still comes only after you approve the draft.

How do I check on an order I already placed?

Reply inside your existing order thread rather than opening a new message. That keeps your writer and the desk reviewer on one conversation and avoids delays that come from starting over with a new, unlinked contact.

Do you work with students in Canada?

Yes. GradeDraft quotes and bills in USD for both US and Canadian students, and our hours (8 am–11 pm ET) cover Canadian time zones from Atlantic to Pacific for at least part of the day.
